This is Minneapolis:

-drop the kids off for a day with their grandparents
-go to brunch with your wife
-get a text from neighbors who don’t have enough food & can’t leave home or they might be abducted by fed govt
-get groceries as helicopters roar overhead
-deliver food & this vehicle passes you

Good crowd for a suburban area on one day notice. And so many honks! Hardly anyone yelling negative stuff or giving us the finger

It's incredibly demoralizing to constantly see the highest institutions of government and academia and the most important and widely seen news outlets knuckle under one after another, but then to see the gulf between that and the bravery of communities and neighbors and teachers - that's something

There’s a legal backstory that helps explain why DHS is able to operate with the brutality and impunity we've seen many times now, most recently in Minnesota. We cover the loophole that helps make it so and how Minnesota elected officials — and all other states — can close it.

The Department of Justice's effort to gain access to you sensitive personal information continues. DOJ wants this data to be able to suppress the vote and subvert election results next Fall. They are suing 24 states to gain access. My law firm and I are fighting them in court in every one of them.

“That’s fine dude, I’m not mad at you.”

Nine days into 2026 and we have the most tragic quote of the year. This short sentence will echo through the USA for a long, long time to come.

RIP you lady of peace.

His name was Serhii. He was 56. A medic. Killed overnight in Kyiv by a Russian double strike.

He came to save civilians. Russia struck again. He was killed on the spot. This is how Russia fights: hitting homes — then those who come to save lives.

Why Greenland?

"Peter Thiel, who wants to set up crypto-empowered 'network states' on undeveloped territory, has invested in Praxis, a start-up that aims to do just that and which has scouted Greenland. Trump’s ambassador to Denmark, Ken Howery, was a co-founder with Thiel and Elon Musk of PayPal."

Authoritarians use performative lying to mark who is for, and more importantly, against their regimes.

The point isn’t determining truth. The point is creating an ingroup whose loyalty is assured through ritually denying reality and an easily recognizable outgroup that refuses the delusion.
The shooting is shocking enough but the government's response is off the charts when you consider that this incident is forensically documented on video.

Just seen Grok putting the body of the victim of the ICE shooting in Minneapolis into a bikini. Digital corpse desecration now available to the public.
