For reasons unbeknownst to me the memories of all my rejected job apps (that I made it past the screening) popped into my head and while I’m proud to have been sent these interviews and tests I’m just like…feedback? Not a single crumb?? Or was it good but just not the vibe they were looking for??

Games not being seen as art is going to destroy the industry if changes aren’t made.
People want games to work like the tech industry, when it’s closer to movies and TV shows.
Same with animation. Games and animation both deserve more respect.

I’m at the stage of draft writing/editing where I think the entire thing is absolute shizzzzzz, but I was reminded that iteration/feedback are key and at least I’m not having some soulless entity write it for me 😗

In my head I feel like I have to finish this manuscript by the end of the year and then I’m reminded that this is draft 2 of at *LEAST* 3-4 and that I have to stop comparing myself to someone who’s a full time author. Not to mention job apps and the other teams/projects I’m working on
