A big piece of advice for the incoming folks getting used to Bluesky:
Likes don't do anything really. I mean, they give a little shot of serotonin. If you want to actually spread something, sharing is the way to do that.
So share others and reshare your own stuff. There's zero reason not to.

I don't think so. Aside from traditional computational methods — which are now being branded as “AI” by marketing folks — generative AI like ChatGPT really hasn't done much for science and medicine, despite the hype.
