The City of Portland has long argued Zenith Energy's land use credential is a simple administrative decision.

Environmental advocates today sued the city, arguing state law requires a "quasi-judicial" process, meaning the public has sufficient notice and opportunity to comment.

Trump & Musk: Two billionaires, one goal—pandering to white supremacists while looting from the working class.

It seems like embarrassment is one clear way to get to Musk.

What a beautiful way to start my day!
This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.

Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.

The New York Times has supported fascism each and every time it's come into power throughout history. Look back at how they talked about Hitler and Mussolini. It's largely because the class position of the NYT as an institution loves Fascism, as it is Capitalisms answer to it's own incoherencies
