I thought i'd be able to let my fundraiser just sit now that i've got hours at work again (farewell coworkers, i'll miss you but my paycheck won't) but then my car scheduled some maintenance for me! I'm at $600 in repairs now, but more have to happen at the dealership later. Help?

What makes me sad is that most people really don't know how many fantastic things Harris proposed that actually had real solutions for real problems, but the media never reported it.

It wasn't "poor messaging." She was messaging it several times a day every fucking day. The media ignore it.

If the killing of the UnitedHealth CEO has taught us one thing, its that we're maybe not as divided as we think. When 90% of people empathize with the people the CEO exploited more than with the CEO, it should tell our politicians something

The mainstream SCOTUS beat is rotten to its core: days after January 6, 2021, the Alitos were interviewed by a Washington Post reporter on the Supreme Court beat about the upside-down “distress” flag flying at their house—but the paper decided it wasn’t a story and sat on it until today.
Wife of Justice Alito called upside-down flag ‘signal of distress’
In January 2021, Martha-Ann Alito said the flag, a symbol embraced by election deniers, was raised outside her home in response to a neighborhood dispute.

Today, on a video court appearance, one of the lawyers asked to move the next hearing date because he would be at ComicCon on the proposed date, and the judge all all the lawyers were unanimous that it sounded like a much better thing to be doing. Maybe he’ll invite us all.
