honestly, i love thanksgiving. i am my mother's child and i thrive with the threat of 6-10 people dinner guests looming over me. i have a color coded spreadsheet and enough counter space and small appliances to make ina garten shit a brick. this is my element.

every year, hundreds of people log on to tell the rest of us that they elect people who cannot cook to make arguably the most important dinner of the year. i'm sorry you had a fucked up life, but i didn't.
it is tired to the point of cliche to say if turkey was good, people would make it more than once a year. but it is understated that at least one American explodes every Thanksgiving in a brave attempt to make the main dish more palatable

I've always been convinced that video podcasts exist to force creators to be reliant on a closed distribution platform. Podcasts are built on tech (RSS) that nobody can own. Every major tech company has wanted to migrate podcasts to something proprietary, but it never sticks. Video is their answer.

I've always been convinced that video podcasts exist to force creators to be reliant on a closed distribution platform. Podcasts are built on tech (RSS) that nobody can own. Every major tech company has wanted to migrate podcasts to something proprietary, but it never sticks. Video is their answer.
