Simply if I apply to a company and find out that they benefitted from DEI, EDIB, JEDI, or DEIA rollbacks, I will reconsider my
application. Is hiring from lots of backgrounds inconvenient ? not fiscally advantageous? Was hiring a DEI manager a mistake? They are usually one of my favorite coworkers
