The fact that a religious fundamentalist has just appointed another religious fundamentalist to a portfolio where fundamentalist viewpoints are antithetical to good evidence-based outcomes is something that the media would be talking about if said fundamentalists weren’t wearing blue suits.

Many said that we would have been screwed if National had been in charge of the initial covid response. Imo everything they’ve enacted since they got in is proof that we would have been screwed or dead. They’re going to cost NZ billions in the longterm for shortterm gain for corps/themselves/donors.

This cycle way was specifically to allow kids to bike to school safely. One of the opponents was actually quoted in the article saying ‘kids get dropped off by their parents now anyway’.

This is the most negative government ever.
