I keep being dismayed by efforts to divide LGBTQ people by putting them against each other—I’ve heard it from straight and some gay people. Just re-upping this sentiment today especially.
I want to just extend a message of solidarity with trans Americans today. (As a gay man, I'm repulsed when people expect they can divide me from others who are LGBTQ, thinking I may be chasing respectability or mainstream in a way they can leverage to have me lash out against others. Firmly, no.)

When ICE agents look like this, it is ENTIRELY APPROPRIATE for state and local law enforcement to step in and demand they identify themselves and show judicial warrants before detaining anyone from an immigration court.
Democratic mayor and governors can take action on this.

It's autism awareness month AND I AM NOT BROKEN. There is NOTHING WRONG WITH ME. There's nothing 'wrong' with autism! And instead of making stupid jokes, maybe start being accepting of people who are different and weird, because I know from experience even the 'nicest' of you don't truly accept us.

It's autism awareness month AND I AM NOT BROKEN. There is NOTHING WRONG WITH ME. There's nothing 'wrong' with autism! And instead of making stupid jokes, maybe start being accepting of people who are different and weird, because I know from experience even the 'nicest' of you don't truly accept us.
