I think it's important to know exactly what percentage of our neighbors are being targeted by the extremism of the current administration. In most states it's around 1%. They are actively trying to bully that 1% because if we as a society accept that they don't matter, we will accept far worse.

We are back for day two in front of Judge Reyes in Talbott v. Trump, the challenge to Trump's anti-trans military executive order.
The plaintiffs are seeking a preliminary injunction; we do not expect a ruling until after a hearing after the military issues its implementing guidance next week.

To set the stage for what's about to happen at SCOTUS at 10:00am, the case is called US v. Skrmetti. It involves a Tennessee law that bans gender affirming care to trans minors, mainly things like hormone blockers.
