Sweet Jesus I hope so. Lame duck sweeping power grabs from the losing side are unconscionable. I probably didn’t spell the correctly. Either way this definitely needs to be litigated, if for the only reason of forcing the issue to highest and longest point of visibility.

To be fair, I care less about the cases against Donald Trump than I do against his alleged co-conspirators in Georgia and Arizona. The one way to blunt the nuttiness of presidential immunity and deter auto-coups is ensure that subordinates are punished for criminal acts proven in a court of law.
