Even in this dark timeline, it's amusing that the Administration has a knack for choosing the wrong people to mess with.

James Comey, Letitia James, the good people of Chicago, and now Mark freaking Kelly.

This is utter insanity. We know that PFAS resist degradation and contaminate soil, groundwater, and surfacewater. We know that exposures, even at very low levels, are highly harmful.

And we're intentionally spraying it on food crops grown on some of America's most valuable agricultural land.
The EPA is moving forward with approvals for pesticides containing “forever chemicals” as an active ingredient, dismissing concerns about health and environmental impacts raised by some scientists and activists.

Here’s what to look out for:
EPA just approved new ‘forever chemical’ pesticides for use on food
Critics warn the EPA’s approvals of new PFAS pesticides could expose more Americans to “forever chemicals” through their food.

Really hits the nail on the head.
The Trump administration has a new mass deportation playbook.

We’ve seen it in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Charlotte. And it’s coming to more cities.

Two things I learned at YLS are:

1) many elites see in-group solidarity as superseding civic responsibility

2) the more powerful the person, the more unhinged their email style

So yeah let’s just say I’m not that surprised about the news today

Most Americans are trying their darndest to live honest, good lives. All the while, their prospects for a decent life are being destroyed by the sorts of elites who cavorted with Jeff Epstein.

What is wrong with America?

‘Russiagate’ was one thing.
The Epstein files are another.
Except, actually, they’re not.

This email suggests there could be a deal between Trump and Putin, a quid pro quo, facilitated by Epstein and Lavrov.

Things make more sense now, like Trump’s red carpet welcome for Putin in Alaska.

At least with Iraq, the presidential administration made an effort to pretend there were WMDs and that legality mattered.

Good news for transgender people at MIT.

Unlike some prestigious universities, MIT has defied the Trump administration and refused its attempt to pressure the university into banning transgender people from bathrooms.

It disturbs me how many of my Yale Law School classmates are working for this Administration. I learn of another one every week.

A shameful and cynical choice that should be a permanent black mark for them after democracy prevails.

Presidents? SCOTUS gives them immunity.

Corporations? SCOTUS makes it easier for them to pollute.

Billionaires? SCOTUS says they can buy elections.

But if you look Latino, speak Spanish, or work at a low wage job, SCOTUS says you can be abducted by masked agents.

The legacy of the Roberts court.

the case against comey is an illegal, selective, vindictive prosecution. Trump vowed vengeance and retribution; prosecutors concluded there was no case against comey; Trump forced out the prosecutors & replaced them with a loyalist who got an indictment.

The case should be dismissed before trial.

It’s happening. The takedown of Jimmy Kimmel is likely the start of a campaign to use the murder of Charlie Kirk as a pretext to use the power of the White House to wipe out Trump’s critics and his political opponents.

But we aren’t powerless. We can mobilize and organize. Now.
