In any other area, these 5 people declaring themselves Friends of Israel or taking money from Israel, would be ineligible to be on this committee, but these Rules nor the Nolan Principles seem to apply in politics
Who's not a "friend of Israel"❓

If you want an example of right wing propaganda masquerading as feminism, this is it. Saying famous women aren’t allowed to dress the way they want or must act in a certain way so that all women cannot be sexualised is pushing purity culture rooted in religious fundamentalism.

Yet another huge contract, awarded without any competitive bidding process, to Wes Streeting's favourite NHS supplier, the Hard Right US surveillance tech specialists Palantir, for military decision making capability.
Palantir lands biggest ever UK defense deal
The £240 million contract with the Ministry of Defence has renewed a debate about Britain’s dependence on American technology.

"did you try to bribe the president of the united states by giving him your nobel peace prize so he will declare that you are in charge of venezuela after abducting its leader by military force" is just a thing that someone can be asked in an interview now and we all have to deal with that
Hannity: Did you at any point offered to give him the Nobel peace prize?

Machado: It hasn’t happened yet. We want to give it to him. Share it with him.

Incredible, really. Talks about US forces killing Venezuelan soldiers “in self-defence”, while they were literally invading the country with no legal justification whatsoever. Does nobody have even a shred of self-respect left, at this point? abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics...

The killing of civilians in boats by the military was a test by the Trump administration to see if they could power over some of the oldest longstanding norms & laws of war: don't target civilians, render help to capsized sailors. Once the military double-tapped rather than render aid, die was cast.

So Trump has said he is going to go in and "run" Venezuela and that US companies will have the country's oil reserves divvied up between them. After he kidnapped their president and his wife. That's where we're at, and we're going to maintain normal diplomatic relations with this man?

All that ‘protect-our-sovereign -borders-against-people-with-no -guns-in-tiny-dinghies’ rings hollow in a world where our so-called allies kill or extract leaders extrajudicially and by invading sovereign territory.

Borders are being breached illegally and violently & not by people seeking asylum

"Maduro is a brutal authoritarian dictator," I wisely intone, as the corrupt demented paedophile US President violating Constitutional Law while operating a gestapo and concentration camps illegally arrests a foreign leader on charges which read like they were written on a paper placemat in crayon.

I spent the bulk of Christmas Day teaching 14 year old who wants off the algo how to use their brand new CD player. I have never in my life felt more like the holder of sacred arcane knowledge.
Buttons are back. Knobs are back. Dumb devices are back. Own-it-forever software is back. Print is back. Personal websites and chronological feeds are back. Touching grass is back. People keep saying 2015, but it’s not far enough. The entire 2010s were a mistake. We must retvrn to… 2009.
Amazingly, reaction times using screens while driving are worse than being drunk or high—no wonder 90 percent of drivers hate using touchscreens in cars. Finally the auto industry is coming to its senses.
