Google has now admitted that they will tap into users' personal data within Gmail and Drive in order for their upcoming AI search to "be more helpful".

For years, Google has advertised their services as "encrypted" and "secure", which begs the question: are they really?

Had my flu shot and, since I was at it, a Covid shot as well, all free as I turned 50 this year. Thanks Taiwan.
Prepping for a great Christmas so I got my flu shot. Here in Taiwan it costs US$30 for people under 50, even with insurance. Worth it! Vaccines are among our most incredible discoveries—a silent molecular armor.

Some tsunamis are so big, they cause ripples in the Earth's atmosphere big enough to affect GPS.

Tsunamis are notoriously difficult to spot on the open ocean as they race towards shore. But in the summer of 2025, scientists watched one unfold as it happened.
