The reason people think the Democratic Party doesn't actually stand for anything is because it doesn't.

Completely uncalled for. Disgusting!
On November 8, 2025, in Chicago, a masked ICE or CBP GOON point-blank sprayed pepper spray at worried neighbors, including several elderly individuals, after causing a car accident.

The hero of the working class.
Trump on Newsom: "He did something even worse than that. He's now taking a big section of Palisades or some area and he's gonna build low income income where they used to have luxury housing."

This is so offensive I don’t even know where to start.

Nope.
We will primary every senator who doesn’t call for Schumer to step down in the next 24 hours.

Three former officers faced life in prison for the death of Melissa Perez, whom they shot behind a locked glass door. All were found not guilty on Monday.

This is what a bunch of Democrats in the Senate just voted for:

Spending Bill Would Pave Way for Senators to Sue Over Phone Searches
Republicans have voiced outrage that Jack Smith looked at G.O.P. lawmakers’ phone records surrounding the Jan. 6 attack. Legislation to reopen the government would allow them to sue for $500,000 each.

Say it again and again and again. The Democrats centrist position loses more progressive votes than gains conservative votes. Plus republicans hate you and you’ll never get their vote. Do what FDR did. He was a left wing progressive and the best president we ever had. Do the right thing.
Centrist Democrats in the Senate folded on the shutdown, throwing away their leverage in exchange for worthless GOP promises.
When will they learn that there is no center between a government of oligarchs and a government of the people? https://youtu.be/EQzG_TrhyrY?si=LBXGJad9NjGyBGBo

After yesterday’s surrender, we’re launching the largest Democratic primary program that we’ve ever run.
We will not back any Senate primary candidate unless they call for Schumer to step down as Minority Leader.
If you’re as pissed as we are, join this campaign to rebuild the Democratic Party. 👇

I got back to my office after the vote last night and recorded this. There's no way to sugarcoat what happened. And my fear is that Trump gets stronger, not weaker, because of this acquiescence. I'm angry - like you. But I choose to keep fighting.

Democrats finally had some, after massive turnouts for #NoKings and resounding wins in both red and blue states last week.
The majority of the country, rightfully so, held Trump and the GOP accountable for the government shutdown.
