How does acidity affect #ImmuneCells?

The @xuzhoulab.bsky.social at @bostonchildrens.bsky.social found that a drop in pH can suppress immune responses by disrupting a protein called #BRD4.

Schumer advocated for budget CR today, essentially giving White House decision making power on AMERICAS budget. Cutting Medicaid, social security, and SCIENCE would be no problem. Call and email your senator now if think this is a horrible idea, especially if you live in New York www.govtrack.us

The perk of a wildly successful research enterprise is knowledge--and medical innovation.
The cost of successful research is the forever argument over credit for discoveries (and revenue).

How about we all invest in research, so we can keep living (and arguing)?

If this is not reversed it is going to destroy the ability of universities to support biomedical research and it will completely shut down private research institutes like the Salk Institute, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Scripps, and many others.
