When you go to your settings on desktop, it will show you some select options. at the top is a button that says "See all settings". That's where you scroll down the General tab to between Preview Pane (or "Smart Reply" if you don't have it) and "Google Workplace Smart Features". Screenshot attached.

If you're on an android with the app, you tap the hamburger menu and scroll to the bottom for Settings. Select which account if you have more than one, then scroll to the "General" section. It should be between "Conversation View" and "Google Workplace Smart Features". Screenshot attached.

Fun fact about the Salvation Army: they use a form of substance use treatment called work therapy. Oh, and by treatment, I mean they have people who have been convicted of drug charges work for their stores & warehouses in exchange for room, board, around a $1 a week, and minimal actual therapy.
