Renewable's are inherently cheaper because we don't have to pay the sun & wind etc for their energy.

Unlike #carbon.

Australia's mainland state capitals are ALL in the top 15 for cities worldwide with respect to housing unaffordability. There might be some discussion to be had on whether median or mean figures were used for this, but Australia has reached basket case level. These are not figures to be proud of.
