I hate to break it to you but to the average sensible Joe outside the Westminster/media bubble, Starmer still looks like an angel (albeit an imperfect one) compared to the chaos, duplicity & corruption of the Johnson era and to the damage that man did to the UK. People have short memories it seems.

Interesting to see how little media attention was given to Johnson’s unauthorized meeting with Russian spooks in 2018 when he was foreign secretary, compared to the furore surrounding Starmer now, even though Johnson’s betrayal of public trust was so much greater

Not to mention Tory governments have had the support of most of the media, tax dodging billionaires and Russian oligarchs. Tory crimes against the people far outweigh all the mistakes made by this labour government x 10.

GBTV is RT. One closed for business snd the other opened the following month to peddle the same pro-Putin pro-Brexit propaganda and pay the same pro Brexit, pro Putin politicians the same money. A coincidence? I don’t think so….

It will be interesting to see if Starmer now becomes more open to the pro-EU majority in the country who want to see Brexit reversed, and less attracted to the fools errand of trying to win reform votes.

Good morning. The President of the United States was in the middle of the most serious child sex trafficking ring of the last quarter century.

He is referenced not a dozen times in the case files. Not 100 times. Not 1,000 times. He’s referenced 38,000 times.

Unfortunately, members of the royal family are not required to sign the official secrets act, even when they are handling classified public documents. It’s another example of how they are above the law.

My money is on the likelihood that Johnson is in the documents that haven't been released yet because they are too incriminating. Blojo has been suspiciously quiet since the Mandy saga exploded. Silent in fact. Very strange you will agree for one of the Daily Mail's leading anti-labour columnists.

Indeed. Starmer and McSweeney have a lot of questions to answer about Mandelson's appointment but it is sickening to watch the mainstream media focus more attention on men who are not on the list of paedos and perverts than those who are. I'm starting to wonder if this is all intentional deflection.

My concern is the distinct possibility imho that Trump asked for Mandy to be appointed (fellow Epstein club member etc) & Starmer felt he had no choice if he wanted a trade deal with the US. If this was the case, Starmer can’t say it publicly now as the man child may start a trade war with the UK
