Since the ceasefire took effect one month ago, Israeli attacks have killed at least 242 Palestinians and injured 622.

Israel has also continued to block vital humanitarian aid and destroy homes and infrastructure across the Strip.

I would like to see all main TV stations get together and broadcast Trump’s speech in its entirety, in unison, under the banner ’Make your own mind up what he meant’.
I might be wrong, but this stinks of Pharage involvement.

Tory Donor, Reform Host, and a Trail of Debt: The Filthy Life in the UK of Russian Harpy Lubov Chernukhin
You’d think someone who handed over more than £2 million to the Conservative Party, plus a tidy £70,000 to Priti Patel’s leadership bid, might have a soft spot for Britain’s struggling businesses and ...

Legal experts reckon Trump’s chances of successfully suing the BBC are slim.

Still, the official Tory position is that the corporation should “grovel” to the US president.

Sure, the BBC has flaws. But if you think GB News is “balanced,” you’ve lost the plot. It’s pure propaganda, loud and toxic.
The BBC–Trump “scandal” is just right-wing outrage theatre. Trump’s still the king of fake news — how many lies now?

This is disgusting that racism has been directed at school children who were visiting Parliament

Wes Streeting has taken the post down to protect the children but it's wrong that he had had to

This feels like a reasonable time to share an article from The Telegraph from 2023, which certainly makes it seem that Matt Hancock knew that I was interviewed to appear on BBC Question Time (how?) and seemed to attempt to intervene to prevent my appearance.

Should politicians…

The BBC is ours. It's ours to love. Ours to criticise. Ours to shout at when we feel in the mood.

And if Farage thinks that the way to win favour with voters is to stand around cheering as Trump takes down the BBC for $1 billion of personal enrichment then he's a bigger fool than anyone thought.

Wonder why they would want to go after the BBC, it's a puzzle
Nowhere in the hysterical pile-on against the BBC in the British press has anyone mentioned that BBC News now has 77 million viewers & listeners in the US and has established itself as the second most trusted news source there.

The BBC fiasco shows a core left–right difference, the left long criticised its bias but defends its core principles when unfairly attacked.
The right, having shaped its bias by installing their own, now gleefully throw it under the bus, amplify foreign attacks, and call for its destruction.
