Non-therapeutic circumcision is a medically unnecessary surgery that violates the child's right to bodily autonomy.

We support a person's most fundamental right to grow up with an intact body👇

Many religious #charities do fantastic work. But many others fail to provide a public benefit and some cause harm. Tell your MP it's time to end religious privilege in #charity law. 👇 www.secularism.org.uk/mp-letter-ch...

Silurian Hypothesis: As human kind never learns from history it would not surprise me if there is a scenario along the lines of been there, seen it done that, completely fucked it up before. It would explain why there is so much carbon around

When will we learn our lesson?? Our continued dependency on fossil fuel will not only kill people in the long term, it creates geopolitical instability and kills people in the short term. All to satisfy the greed of the broligarchy. We have the capability to move to carbon free sources.

Unhook ourselves from oil and gas and we unhook ourselves from dependency on dictators, autocrats and expansionist regimes all over the planet.
Renewables and other low-carbon energy sources are not just good climate sense. They are also good political sense.

TBH I think he is handling the Venezuela issue alright for a change..I don’t often say that about Starmer who has been a disaster on a daily basis. Sometimes in politics you need diplomacy especially if the person you want to critique is key to peace in Gaza and Ukraine.

The one thing I find totally infuriating about Bluesky is that you can’t turn off reposts from just one account. I had an account that I followed who was mega reposting stuff 24/7 that I was not remotely interested in I didn’t want to turnoff reposts from everyone so all I could do was unfollow him🤷🏻‍♀️
