Dems are going to come pretty close to flipping an R+7 seat after seeing very high youth turnout. This was a seat that came on the radar late. Similar to HD 41 with Lily Franklin in 2023.
The Virginia city of Harrisonburg now says it's done counting provisional ballots—and while they broke very heavily Democratic, as expected, it wasn't enough to push the Democratic challenger ahead in Virginia's final unresolved legislative race.
That leaves GOP state Rep. Wilt up by 257 votes.
