I had the absolute pleasure to meet @david-mack.bsky.social after about a year, and was fortunate enough to be able to pick up an original piece of art from him, in no small part due to his generosity. The wildest thing, however, was the OA’s similarity to a recent experience of mine.

I love that, especially in Portland, there is a non-zero chance that when you sit down to see a comic book movie, especially one with a massive legacy like #Superman, one of the creatives who worked on the source material might be sitting alongside you.

In addition to comics I have a YouTube channel where I make custom action figures, vehicles & dioramas to display them w/. This includes modding existing stuff, + kitbashes & scratch-builds. My goal is to make this stuff as realistic/screen accurate as possible 2/3
