It hovered and looked at me for a few moments, then swooped out towards the city. I was left looking at the beautiful silhouette of Mt. Hood, and a new day rising.

I had the absolute pleasure to meet @david-mack.bsky.social after about a year, and was fortunate enough to be able to pick up an original piece of art from him, in no small part due to his generosity. The wildest thing, however, was the OA’s similarity to a recent experience of mine.

Just tore through #Revival vol. 1 by @hackintimseeley.bsky.social and Mike Norton. A brilliant cross between crime drama, horror and sociopolitical thriller— cannot wait to grab the rest of the volumes, and catch the show!! (How far should I read to be “in sync” with the show?)
