I took anthropology classes to take something a bit off beat and avoid burning out. Gave me a great perspective on sections of the world I knew nothing about.
What was your favorite early clas NOT in your eventual major. Mine was Ethnomusicology: an introduction to folk music.
I invariably get, "Ooh anthro that was my favorite class/cool professor" from people I meet. I tend to think soms of it is our outré material, being willing to talk "taboo" subjects in a cross-cultural context.
Ironically MY favorite class was probably Geology 101...

So, we had the weirdest package delivery issue I've ever seen this week. An order got delivered to the local police station instead of our offices. We got a very annoyed phone call from an office person that seems to think this is somehow our fault (it is not).

If the @democrats.org want a freebie, you should be planning active cycling protests to disrupt this birthday parade by physically blocking it. No color coordination, no stupid flags. Get out there with big signs stating exactly what trump is doing and make them make you move.
