Scammers are posing as immigration attorneys or government officials and demanding large upfront payments and in some cases, it’s hard to tell whether they’re scammers or untrained ICE personnel. Once they get the money, they disappear, leaving families without real help and with even fewer options.

We really need to nuke out that Section 230 protection and make them liable for harm.
