The BBC is really showing its arse with its editorial guidelines recommending the use of a pseudoscientific dogwhistle in reporting that mentions trans people.
It's important that they're not allowed to continue using fake-scientific insults in peace.

The papers are slowly waking up to quite how significant is @goodlawproject.bsky.social's challenge to the transphobic EHRC's interim guidance. If we succeed it's hard to see how its draft statutory guidance can be lawful.

It is. They're proper clutching at straws. They're convinced they will win an appeal, but I think that will be very unlikely. From what I understand, he followed everything correctly, so it would be very difficult to overturn.
