But also I’m sure your experience as a person who did drink caffeine and now is not (even temporarily) is very different from mine (human who has so rarely drank caffeine). Your body certainly gets used to having it in your system certain times of the day.

It does really help you figure out how other things (temperature, location, light, activity, etc.) impact your ability to fall/stay asleep. I can drink some caffeine before 10am but even still, I’m going to have a hard time getting to sleep so I just don’t 99% of my life.
