As Labour proposes limiting the protection of the ECHR, we must remember what it was set up to do; protect us all from abuses of power by our govts.
Be v wary then of anyone calling to do that. You may not be the target now. But why shouldn’t you be next?

Try, JUST TRY, to imagine a day of your life where someone literally try to kill you 744 times! ONE DAY‼️

There are always the gullible 'Tankies' that, for reasons of historical ignorance, will support Russia in spite of all the evidence of Putin's imperialistic inclinations and aggression. Sultana appear to be one of them.
"To say 'Zelenskyy is no friend of the working class' is an insulting, facile distraction from the fact that Sultana refuses to support the Ukrainian people’s fight for existence."

Proper cold fury and moral clarity from @paulmason.bsky.social on Sultana.

Also, may I point out that, just as BRAVE Times journalists found out the word "enemy" disappeared from the witness statement in the Chinese spying case, *under Sunak*, the story vanished from Times front pages, just before he "joined".

PHEW! Lucky timing, hey? That COULD have been embarrassing! 🤨
A reminder that this is the same Rishi Sunak who when he was Prime Minister raised taxes to their highest level in more than 70 years

Now they admit it was also about Maccabi violence.

The Bridge Music (Ireland) and Jeeps for Peace (Scotland) donated all these vehicles in Kolomyia, Ukraine, after travelling 2,750 kilometres across Europe to reach the country 🇺🇦

The community-led humanitarian mission also delivered more than €1 million worth of donated medical supplies 💙💛

In addition to having vastly more MPs and being the realistic threat to the Tory Party’s position as official opposition in Westminster, the Lib Dems lead 37 councils to Reform‘s 12, and have 3,200 local councillors to 889. The BBC position is not defendable at all. Shocking bias really.
