Once again I am spared from layoffs but for how much longer? This is my dream company to work for & I hoped one day I could find my way to the creative side of the company. But now it just feels like I'm on borrowed time. 9k people. I am filled with sadness and rage. Nobody deserves this.

This is exactly what will happen. His base has already been negatively polarized against the basic concept of healthcare. This bill is a gigantic boon to the coffee enema and "alternative" cancer treatment scam industry.
It just occurred to me that Trump's denial of Medicaid for many of his cult followers will leave them without legitimate medical coverage & they will resort to "wellness" scammers- those who wouldn't qualify for Medicaid payments. The snake oil salesmen figure to benefit more than anyone here.

What's with these food places open at dawn like 3 days a week, only open until everything is sold out. Every day there's a line a mile long. What is going on with everyone in that line?? Don't they have other things to do? Life is too short to wait 7 hours for a dry cronut some white lady made.

One of the reasons I think “defund the police” is a great slogan is that you get to repeatedly tell people that studies show that police don’t actually solve murders, and in fact one-third of stranger-murders are committed by police.
