If you combine the Inflation Reduction Act (a step forward) and the One Big Beautiful Bill (a step backward), we still have the biggest climate investment in American history. The silver lining is that the remaining policies have that bipartisan stamp of approval. - Daniel Palken, Ph.D. #CCL2025
