It’s not just for ourselves that we adopted the vegan lifestyle. It’s predominantly for the abused donors but happens to be healthier and far better for our poor planet.
Great to hear. The doctor who developed the Glycemic Index, Dr David Jenkins...who was also Awarded the Order of Canada in 2013 and inducted into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame in 2022...recommends a vegan diet.

We hear this argument against veganism ALL the time. But in reality, given how many crops are grown to feed commoditised animals, non-vegans are responsible for far larger numbers of crop deaths.
Vegans kill many times fewer sentient beings than non-vegans.
And, animal feed crops take up giant fields that could be used for human crops.
For a cow to "yield" 1 lb of beef (feeds 1 person), she must eat 16 lb of grain (which could feed, in human-grade crops, 40 ppl)
