It’s been a pretty rough year so far. I’ve had two operations for cancer, two long periods of acute infections, pneumonia, a partial collapsed lung, and even a pulmonary embolism.
So, when I received a phone call from a specialist nurse telling me that I’m officially cancer-free, I was overjoyed.
