Spain has had all of these for decades. And huge financial incentives for large families. And one of the world's lowest birth rates at 1.12. Same in the Nordic countries.

- free child care
- better paid family leave
- better workforce protections so they can't lay you off while you're pregnant and be like "no it was for something else i swear"
