FWIW this would be fairly average APR for a used car, but it's quite high for a new one. I'd expect this to be closer to 5%. Also dealer specials at 0% are back apparently.

FWIW, Rubio is the one who called it what it is, a Russian wishlist. It's the dúmbfvck Witkoff who pushed the claim that it's the “US peace plan”. Though Rubio is spineless, so he fell in line with the admin's official narrative.
