Interesting BMC Genomics paper filters "nucleus-free" low-quality cells using the number of intronic reads. MALAT1 expression may provide a shortcut, but I would be wary of filtering out meaningful data 1/3 🩸🧬 @tmontsay.bsky.social @annaesteveco.bsky.social www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/39574...
