HAHAHAHAHA, amazing.

Almost all transphobia is just 90's homophobia with the word "gay" scribbled out in crayon and replaced with "trans"
god this drives me mad in the UK; hearing transphobic arguments from older liberals *that are identical to the 1990s conversation they were on the right side of*.
HELLO I WAS A QUEER TEEN IN THE 1990s AND THE ARGUMENTS AGAINST SOCIAL TRANSITION NOW ARE INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM THE ARGUMENTS AGAINST "LETTING" US BE (at the time, for me) GAY OR LESBIAN THEN.

They all rest on the belief that it's inherently better to be straight (then)/cis (now) and that's BS.

Okay but only if we also make the punishment for running a red light or failing to stop at a junction or zebra crossing being sat in your car as it's crushed into a cube.
There is speculation that the introduction of driverless cars could lead to jaywalking laws in the UK

65% of Britons would oppose making jaywalking a minor offence, including 41% "strongly opposed"

Only 24% are would support such rules

Hi, dual national here. You can only feel affinity or loyalty to *one* country? That's cute. I do it for two easily. I guess I'm just better than you. I'm twice as patriotic.

Nick Stone died after contact with the cops defending the far right group Bristol Patriots. This is the same group that attacked the Red Lion in BS5 yesterday. The cops threatened anyone who tried to leave the pub with arrest for "breach of the peace" and let the fascists stay there for an hour.

Royal Mail should never have been privatised and should immediately be brought back into public ownership at no cost.

You do not, under any circumstances, gotta hand it to Thatcher. Unless you're comparing her to Sir Keir Starmer.
She also wasn't a spineless turncoat.

(See? This is how fucking awful Starmer is; I'm saying positive things about bloody Thatcher!)

NEVER tell me you're a Labour supporter again, unless you're telling me that you're my enemy.

These MPs. Edinburgh Leith, North Northumberland, Birmingham Edgbaston, Gower, Pendle & Clitheroe, Mitcham and Morden.

All of them low-rent MPs, not the cabinet GCs. But the party is RIDDLED with them.

We'll know it's happened when he hasn't Tweeted for 6 hours. The ambulances will rush to wherever he is only to find a bloated ketamine dosed corpse lying prone on the floor, in a damp pool of shit. The pictures will be leaked within 5 seconds.

Soft: France
Semi-soft: Wide open field
Medium: Netherlands & Germany
Semi-hard: Britain
Hard: Italy

(Just cow's milk cheeses)
Britain absolutely nail semi-hard cheeses* and deserves far more respect than it gets.

*: Whereas France cannot be beaten for soft cheese

I always knew I liked Russell Tovey.
Love this from Russell Tovey.

Quite striking how the argument the Green Party have been making for some time now - and getting called all sorts of silly names for by the Labour Government - is the most popular position with the British public.

Funny the things you can just say when you've not been bought and paid for....
Strikingly even current conservative voters are most likely to say it’s best for UK national security to align with the EU - along with majorities of Lib Dem, Labour and Green voters while Reform voters are more likely to say it’s safer with the Commonwealth/CANZUK or the US
