These two made great subjects. What I like about this photo is their eyes are nicely in focus and how nice the plumage looks on both male and female. The depth of field turned out nice in this one.

These two made great subjects. What I like about this photo is their eyes are nicely in focus and how nice the plumage looks on both male and female. The depth of field turned out nice in this one.

Some say it is illegal to arrest a sitting president. It is not. The president is subject to the law like everyone. That none have been arrested in the U.S. is only a policy internal to the DOJ based on the need for continuity of government operations--a policy that never imagined a criminal POTUS.

Today we remember the thousands of Americans who died in the attack on Pearl Harbor 84 years ago. Nearly half of those lost were aboard the USS Arizona, and I remember what a moving experience it was when Gabby and I visited the memorial. We’ll never forget their sacrifice.

One of many Cambridge street watercolours I did 30-40 years ago. Working on the spot uniquely preserves memories and feelings. The shop signs at that time in Green St were extravagantly beautiful and the passers by were sketched in quickly. Still have this one.
