I knew there was a ruling that the cops have no obligation to protect people, I didn't know the awful stuff that happened to get it, or the property over people reasoning used for it
In 1999, a woman named Jessica Gonzales sought and obtained an order of protection against her physically abusive husband ("AH"), who had repeatedly threatened to kill her and their three children. The order included language specifically limiting when and where AH was allowed to see the children.

so I sat there with my team and we plotted out the 5 acts by planning out the gameplay and narrative progression side by side, sculpting it around the emotional journey the players had. we came up with the world in that process.
