I wrote about the right-wing media campaign to erode 4th Amendment protections by mischaracterizing demands that ICE/BP get a judicial warrant before entering a home. Even Tom Homan admitted as much last summer.
Democrats want ICE to comply with the Fourth Amendment. Right-wing media are trying to muddy the waters.
