Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez didn’t apologize as she made her case to become the top Democrat on the high-profile House Oversight Committee. She did tell her colleagues that she had “matured” and understood that a leadership role required additional responsibilities to support the whole caucus.

The long-term increases to ICE funding are a red flag.
Clearly, Trump & Co don’t plan to stop once they’ve deported current undocumented immigrants and “secured the border.”

Auschwitz, Treblinka, Belzec, Sobibor, Chełmno and Majdanek were all located in Poland. Not Germany. Important historical fact.
