I cannot tell you how much doubt was consistently directed at the Gaza Health Ministry’s casualty numbers and how much pressure was put on news organizations to couch those numbers as unreliable.

A smart Democratic presidential contender would have a very clear stance on gerrymandering, favors/hassles for companies on naughty/nice lists, and anything like this: it's bad and here's a bill to ban it, but until that bill passes, we're going to do it as hard as possible
