Who forces Congress to do their job if the majority party doesn't want to? Sure, you can vote them out. But who enforces voting rights and fair elections?

Similar problem. Who forces local police to follow the law, especially if local law is designed to protect people from the feds? That just leaves National Guard and State Police and they are no more likely to comply.

Similar problem. Who forces local police to follow the law, especially if local law is designed to protect people from the feds? That just leaves National Guard and State Police and they are no more likely to comply.
Who's going to enforce the contempt? This entire system is a gentleman's agreement that completely stops working if taken over by a hostile party.
