Sadly idiots exist everywhere.
I remember stumbling onto this sign in Morningside park the other winter telling people they CANT HUNT in a city park..
And with any municipal sign, its a response to actual acts of stupidity.

The former site of the Old Eastern Ave bridge over the Lower Don.
It was disconnected from the road network in the early 60s & and sat idle for clsoe to 65 years before being torn down in 2024.
A true pontist gem, lost.
