This might work in small towns with low ridership.. But mass transit doesn't work like this.
Also the lady featured in beginning of the articles sounds like she'd benefit from wheel-trans and not regular transit routes more.

I'm never a fan of 905ers clogging our roads and taking a free ride to take money out of the local economy.
But in this case they'd be bringing that money back.. That's a good thing.. I'd still prefer they did it on a bike or in a bus. But they're gunna drive regardless, might as well get those $$

What I find amazing is that for someone (Holyday) whose in the past complained about municipal gov't over reach.. He's very keen to control what a private business might sell.

This is the more silly reason to oppose stores.. They're gunna drive regardless, might as get city businesses to get some of those 905 dollars back into Toronto economy.
