Pinned
I think this is is the most important thing I can pin, so…

Very proud of my comrade, of his staff, and of myself and other volunteer leads I met through the campaign that helped secure a historic victory — providing moments of leadership like this before even taking office.
Know your rights. Protect your neighbors.

New York is — and always will be — a city for all immigrants.

It’s weird to know the person you want to officiate your marriage before you know the person you want to marry… guess I got a little under 8 years
Everyone in the world comes to get married at the NYC Marriage Bureau. Last week, the Mayor stopped by to officiate a few of those ceremonies.

Thank you to all the couples who shared their joy with us. Happy Valentine's Day, New York.

The Trump administration has been open about bigotry for some time - including the erasure of our trans community from governmental sites and programs.

We will not let this stand. Our LGBTQIA+ community is the best of us and we will all fight back every day and every way.

Ok gonna need a poster of this
New York City: The time has arrived. Finally, a chance to tell the city EXACTLY what your landlord’s been getting away with. NYC’s first Rental Ripoff Hearings are happening in all five boroughs, and we want to hear from you. Real New Yorkers. Real stories. Real policy changes.

Everyone knows the main reason Lindsey is famous and beloved, but let me just add: the two people in Council District 03 whose judgment on both policy and politics I trust most both say her positions on city-level issues and how she navigates local dynamics are why Lindsey's their pick for the seat.
I took down Andrew Cuomo, now I'm running for City Council to take on the cost of living crisis.

🚨 70 volunteers. 98 shifts.

Our first volunteer event wasn’t just a party, it was the beginning of a people-powered movement to win District 3 and build an affordable NYC for all of us.

The West Side is ready. Let’s get to work.

Spent the afternoon activated against ICE in our community. First, I worked with my friends from Hands Off NYC to activate against @target allowing ICE to round up employees by joining a buy and return action. Then walked with friends to educate locate businesses against ICE

Word on the streets is that on addition to a very rad mayor, NYers in district 3 could also have an awesome city council member? Sounded to good to be true so I checked out the volunteer kickoff for @lindseyboylan.bsky.social last night and can confirm: she's really real y'all.

Honored to have the support of State Senators @juliasalazar.bsky.social & Gustavo Rivera. Julia & Gustavo are two progressive powerhouses fighting for universal healthcare, expanded tenant protections, & a New York that works for all of us.

I'm so proud to have the support of @repbowman.bsky.social From taking on the establishment to standing up for working people, Jamaal leads with truth and courage.

I'm ready to bring that same urgency and integrity to City Hall. Let’s win this fight together.

One of my favorite dumb dad joke things to do is make silly acronyms for what @socialists.nyc stands for and this was tonight’s effort after canvassing for 11 hours in the freezing cold.

CONGRATULATIONS to my comrade and now Assemblymember, @dianaforqueens.com!!

We launched this campaign 78 days ago. And in those 78 days, we have built something truly beautiful together.

It was an honor to be accompanied by my family, friends, and supporters as I pushed my 1-year-old son down Steinway to cast my ballot for our movement. You can do the same until 9pm today!

Honored to earn the endorsement of the 504 Dems and to share their support for my campaign first because far too often, disability justice is treated as optional and as an afterthought.

1 in 4 adults in the U.S. has a disability, and our city must be built for all of us.
