I watched Kevin Costner's Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 1 last night and it was quite good. It's gorgeous, has a great cast, and while the plot is literally all over the place, I respect the pacing of a movie that introduces Costner's character over an hour into this grand narrative.

I watched it and was surprised as well. It’s quite good.
Those Azerbaijani pilots got struck by a missile and then flew across the Caspian sea with no GPS, then pulled off a crash landing that was controlled enough that about half the people onboard lived.
