"Snow cover in the Upper Colorado River Basin, which includes Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming, sat at 28% of the 25-year median as of Jan. 1, according to the forecast center — the lowest recorded level since 2001."

Utah’s snowpack is at a record low. Here’s what the latest water forecast shows.
Snowpack in the mountains that feed the Colorado River, the water supply for 40 million people, is off to its worst start in a quarter century.

It's time to state clearly that if MAGA and Republicans can't condemn any part of this shooting, continue to blame the victim for it, and even hint that it's a just outcome that others "deserve," that's a crossing of the line that the rest of us won't ever be able to forget.
Rep. Randy Fine: "If you impede the actions of our law enforcement as they seek to repel foreign invaders from our country, you get what's coming to you. I do not feel bad for the woman that was involved."

It is the position of the Trump Administration that its agents can come into any state and city in America (let alone other countries) and kill people and that state and city have no jurisdiction to inquire about it.

Treat any Trump official accordingly.
Noem on Minnesota officials: "They have not been cut out. They don't have any jurisdiction in this investigation."

That woman was clearly driving away, and the cop that shot her was not in front of the car but at its corner, in no danger. Clear as day. This is murder.

why hasn't this man been arrested for murder?
According to witnesses, this is the masked ICE agent who shot the driver in Minneapolis. He shot from the side into the vehicle.

This is him walking away from the crashed vehicle.

As a litigator for over 20 years, I've led a LOT of document productions.

If you only release 1% of a promised pool of docs - like DOJ has with the Epstein files - that means you have a LOT to hide.

It means the other 99% of the documents are RIDDLED with toxic evidence.

"Iron laws of the world"? Some of America's most important national accomplishments are about leading humanity away from this kind of bullshit.

If we let ideologues like Stephen Miller drag us back into a world where brute force is all that matters, all of us will be less safe.

All promised after January 6, 2021 to stop funding lawmakers who tried to overturn the 2020 election.

And all have broken that promise.

yeah I have been thinking about this a lot. to put it less eloquently, there's no downside to lying, even if you get caught. truth is what you say it is, and we are losing our grip on a shared reality

It’s hard to believe a president would time an illegal military attack to distract the public’s attention, but today is the statutory deadline for DOJ to release its report on the Epstein file production. Maybe it is just a coincidence.
