So this does have a huge negative impact.
However, I would like trans young people especially to realize that not all religiously name hospitals are Catholic. Some are Episcopalian, Methodist, corporate, etc.
Check before you give up.

I wanted to make this post just to warn people about the mental hospitals in Georgia. Especially queer people.
Piedmont Hospitals in particular are horrible.
The worst part of being held was the staff member lying to me and also bullying me from behind the glass. I felt worthless.
