[🎬Wuthering Heights (2026)] took one for the irl group chat and watched it. This is certainly better than Saltburn and Promising Young Woman (which doesn't mean much), and the director still mistakes the side stories for the main plot. Making a book adaptation only highlights this weakness.

They usually do K but exactly my point like this stuff doesn't EXIST offline. People don't CARE. Not in bars, not at pride parades or vigils or protests. I know because I've been to these places. I'm sorry if they haven't or if they can't bc that sucks but that doesn't make it any less true.
